Unprofessional
First impression is good, but unfortunately one of the beds had a large dump. We reached out the reception (by e-mail) after the first night (we arrived late). We never got any reply. When we got back to the hotel we asked for a new matrass or anything to fill in the dump, in order the be able to sleep, at all. The receptionist were very unpolite. After some time we got a quilt to put in the dump. We were trying to show her the dump, she said she knew about it, and she was clearly annoyed. We tried to say that the hotel can not charge us for two beds, when there is only one that can be used. She told us that we were «so unkind». And she also told us that she would call her manager the next day (to late for us) and call us the next day. We never heard anything. Very unusual and unprofessional treatment.
