Keine Klimaanlage
Das Zimmer ist im Sommer wie eine Sauna. Vorallem mit der riessigen Glasfront. Klimaanlage ist keine vorhanden und die Lüfter im Zimmer funktionieren auch nicht, zumindest habe ich nichts gespürt.

Schön gelegenes Hotel in historischer Umgebung mit schönen modernen Zimmern. Schöne Liegenschaft, allerdings hört man durchaus die benachbarte Straße. Als Tagungszentrum sehr gut geeignet mit flexiblen Schulungs-/Tagungsräumen. Die Kaffeepausen sind gut mit unterschiedlichen Snacks versehen, von Gummibärchen bis Nussecken, Kaffeeautomaten und gut gefüllten Kühlschrank.

Wir hatten das Vergnügen, eine Produktschulung im Hotel Kloster Haydau in Morschen durchzuführen und wir könnten nicht zufriedener sein. Die historischen Gemäuer und die idyllische Lage boten den perfekten Rahmen für unser Event. Die Räumlichkeiten waren hervorragend ausgestattet und ermöglichten eine produktive und angenehme Schulungsatmosphäre. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der exzellente Service des gesamten Teams, das stets freundlich und zuvorkommend war und alle unsere Wünsche schnell und professionell erfüllt hat. Insgesamt war unsere Produktschulung im Hotel Kloster Haydau ein voller Erfolg. Wir danken dem gesamten Team für die großartige Unterstützung und freuen uns schon auf zukünftige Veranstaltungen in diesem wunderbaren Hotel. Herzliche Grüße Drive&Fun

Mein Zimmer war schön, allerdings nach hinten heraus und morgens kommt vor 6 Der Wäscheservice vorgefahren und macht Krach. Im 8 erfolgt die Transgourmetlieferung und der Fahrer lässt denn LKW laufen über 20 Minuten. Ausschlafen bei offenem Fenster: Fehlanzeige. Das Frühstück ist üppig, tolle Auswahl. Der Empfang an der Rezeption: mäßig und nicht freundlich. Bitte und Danke wäre toll , der Ton war unterirdisch und bei einem Andrang von 50 Personen sollte mehr Personal da sein. Die junge Dame war total überfordert und hat es an den Gästen ausgelassen. Ein Kollege hat sie sehr freundlich darauf hingewiesen, dass er jetzt das 3. Mal von ihr gar nicht zuvorkommend behandelt wurde, da ging es dann.
