Breakfast options plenty. Appreciated the micro, fridge, hairdryer.

My husband I have been staying at this hotel for many years when visiting family. This is the first time we were ever disappointed, and to the point of not returning. The stairwells and hallways are filthy, the only icemaker is always "out of order", the young man that checked us in was wearing a hoodie and had his young buddy hanging out with him. As for our room, the toilet seat was falling off and the shower door was 10 inches from closing, and the A/C had to be set at 64 to even turn on. When i told the front desk in the morning (because we checked in late at night), I was informed that maintenance doesn't work on the weekends. She was kind enough to offer another room, but the inconvenience of it all was too much to deal with. I simply shared the information and asked for them to come on Monday, but never received the fixes. We are sad to part ways with this hotel and wish them well.

They now have flooring not carpet in the room we had. It was a King. I spilt my water & grabbed our paper towels to clean it up & was surprisingly disappointed at how dirty the floor was. This would be so easy to swifter it after each customer. The shower doors were walk in which was great but the doors did not slide very easy. They now have the air conditioner on a wall control so there is no way to have a fan run thru the night like last time. We were on the far end & I totally forgot how close to the train track we were. I did not hear any after midnight. They have a lot of workers staying there & found out one man stays in his car back by the hotel door as he doesn’t like his roommate. Front desk gals were nice as usual & a cleaning lady got her a plate of breakfast & put it away for later. She was real nice too. Just glad most of the breakfast eaters were already gone.

Shower bar was bent and loose which made water run onto floor. Toilet base was loose and seemed like it would tip over. Just a few minor repairs.

Light in the rooms not bright. No TV guide. Could not find CBS and did not know where to look. Missed Blue Bloods. Comfortable beds. Lighting in parking area not good at all. Biscuits were hard. Gravy did not soften them up. Good coffee nice temperature. Limited sweet roll selection. No cherry or peach or berry or anything good. Maybe try some Krispy Kream donuts. Dirty halls. Elevator VERY slow. Time for service?? Close door button would not light up.Best used for snails. Wet floor outside pool door. Sink water pressure not strong. Price changed on the room three times.. Too expensive for what you get.
