Hotel with a good atmosphere, good rooms, and good restaurants, there is no snack for the little ones as they only have hot dogs and hamburgers.

The service at the hotel was exceptional and exceeded all my expectations. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to our reservation. The hotel staff was outstanding, especially Daniel and Stefany from the premium breakfast service, who provided first-class attention. Choosing the premium package was a great decision, as it allowed us to avoid lines and crowds while enjoying a top-tier breakfast. There are also additional perks, like convenient parking. Without a doubt, the experience surpassed my expectations.

Adorámos a localização, o ambiente em geral, no entanto o parque de estacionamento precisa de melhoras significativas. O serviço, de todos sem excepção, mas especialmente do Carlos no restaurante e da Maria Beatriz no bar. O Hugo na receção simplificou todo o processo de check in, com um excelente profissionalismo. Gostariamos de salientar o excelente serviço do Carlos Pinto no restaurante Italiano que nos proporcionou um jantar magnifico. A sua simpatia e profisionalismo destacaram-se bastante.
