Very convenient location, with easy access to rail and road facilities. Very good room. Excellent customer help desk. I didn't need catering services.

No hot water, room full of heavy dust, very unprofessional behaviour. Never recommend for family. Breakfast also terrible.

Close to the bus stand and railway station. Faculty is just average. Nothing to say much. Washroom is okey, hot water was available.

Although this property is just behind the aluva ksrtc bus station, it is not easy to locate. The approach to the second floor where the rooms reserved are located is narrow and the lift can barely accommodate three people. The room was good, clean and comfortable, but calling it a suite room is inappropriate because it is much modest than a suite. The staff at the check in counter were polite and responsive, and the check in process was smooth and quick. My overall experience with this property was good. I can't comment on the food as i stayed here for only about ten hours at night and didn't order food. Makemytrip must be flexible with this questionnaire. Although i didn't have breakfast at this property, i can't proceed without rating the breakfast and the reasons thereof. I'm forced to make false statements about breakfast in order to complete the review because of the choices.

Location is pretty much close to aluva railway station. Food they provide is cold and very poor. I opted for 3 adults. But wat they provided was too small for three actually its very small for two adults. Space isnt as told. Services are poor for the price they charge

Location to find is okay. As it is in the back side or aside of other hotel. Location is good as it is near to aluva station. And good restaurants we had or breakfast at sarvana restaurant which had great masala dosa.
