Chain hotel facilities are not much different from each hotel, the sanitary environment is good, the environment is good

Super friendly staff, they pay a lot of attention to cleanliness, the rooftop pool with a view of the Estadio da Luz is the highlight. There is also a large selection at breakfast. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the nearest metro station, which takes you straight to the center. We really enjoyed our stay here.

The staff's attention is incredible, very good, to A official, balconist, Mrs Emilia, super professional, she and her colleagues and excellent food, the cooks note 10 affordable prices, both food and stay prices.

Amazing stay at this hostel. Yes it's a bit far away but everything is clean and tidy. The check in is possible til midnight so this is really helpful and the volunteers are really lovely like a family ♥️ You can't do best price 🤙 Also because you are not in the city center you can sleep without noise and the check out is til 3pm so everything is perfect if as me you don't have a lot of money but good relationship with people 😀

We spent two nights here while in Lisbon on our tour of Spain, Portugal & Morocco. This was one of the nicer hotels they put us up in. The hotel and rooms were modern and very clean. The rooms were reasonably sized. Not overly large, but adequate for two people and luggage. There was an ATM in the lobby. And the WiFi was reliable. The room was cool when we checked in! If any of the things I've commented on seem like something you would expect, don't! Our experiences on this trip made us appreciate all of these things. The sink in bathroom drained slowly and the holder for the hand shower was broken. (It fell to lowest height every time the hand shower was removed.) Housekeeping should be logging these things for Maintenance to address proactively. But, overall, we enjoyed our stay in what was one of my favorite cities from our trip

This is a rather elegant Pousada which is managed by the Pestana Hotel chain. Checking in at Reception was painless and swift. The staff generally were pleasant and friendly. Our bedroom was on the ground floor overlooking the car park. We needed to keep the windows closed for security and the curtains closed for privacy. The bedroom was pleasantly furnished and in good condition. The bed was king size and very comfy. There was plenty of hanging space for clothing The size of the room left very little space to conveniently store suitcases. The room was equipped with a refrigerator but no mini bar. There was also a television which as far as I could tell only had Portuguese programs. I could not find any English language programs. This did not really a problem because I was staying at this hotel for a limited time and did not want to watch TV. The bathroom was en suite with both a bath and a shower. The bath was useless because it did not have a bath plug and the hotel staff were unable to find a bath plug for me. There was plenty of tepid warm water for washing. However you need to have patience to have hot water. Hot water took a lifetime before it reached our room Our bedroom must have been some distance from the boiler because other guests did not suffer the same problem. A lot of water was wasted while waiting for the hot water. This was not a good way to “Save the Planet” as instructed by a sign / notice on display in the bathroom from the hotel management. The plug in the wash hand basin did not work properly. As you will realise having a wash in this hotel was a bit of an ordeal. Buffet breakfast had lots to chose from with a choice hot and cold dishes. The Lounge bar is comfortable and pleasantly furnished. Apart from the lack of bath plugs, the hotel is in good condition and decorative order.

This was a brilliant place to stay that was great value for money, comfy, and in a really great location just outside the centre of Lisbon. Transport links were plentiful and I have to give 5 stars to our host (I’m so sorry I didn’t manage to catch his name - I believe it might be Pedro??) who was incredibly friendly, professional and made us feel very welcome in the building. He also gave us information about the local area and a few recommendations which was lovely! The only issue we had was dropping our bags off in the morning as check in did not open till 15:00. We were informed we could do this from 10:00 as cleaning staff would be there but when using the buzzer at the front door we got no response. Luckily we managed to get inside via another couple staying in the building. From here a member of the cleaning staff was happy to lock our bags in reception until check in opened. Just a minor thing overall but this process could be a bit better :) thank you for having us!

ENG: Summary: Somehow, *********** permits this barely-2-stars hotel to be verified with 4. The only thing good here are the surprisingly large rooms and the swimming pool. Possible one the most peculiar hotel I have been to in my life. Firstly, it is almost impossible to get there with a GPS. The only sign is a tiny one saying ”Local Hotel” in the front door. Secondly, the hotel is somehow 4 stars, when in reality it doesn't go over 2 stars. Some examples of this: horribly low maintenance the walls haven't been cleaned probably since it was constructed. Moreover, there is humidity problems in the hotel. The breakfast, is terribly bad. Resembling the breakfast of a backpacking hostel. Moreover, the ”room service” is basically non-existent, in which they give you ”clean” towels (not enough for everyone, we were 4, they gave us 2.) The only good thing I can think about in this hotel is probably the surprisingly large rooms and the swimming pool. Además, el ”servicio de habitaciones” es básicamente inexistente, en el que te dan toallas ”limpias” (no alcanzan para todos, éramos 4, nos dieron 2). We have stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and I must say it was the most clean, well organised and comfortable hotel I have been so far. All I have missed was a swimming pool but well we cannot have everything haha, they have got a huge bath so that’s the plus for not having swimming pool 😋. I can highly recommend staying at this hotel. Everyday they made sure our room is clean very spacious room and bathroom. Everyday we have got an AMAZING breakfast and DELICIOUS dinner with fresh juice. I don’t know guys who is your chef but take care of him/her as in whole Lisboa and Almada I haven’t eaten better than at yours restaurant. Very reasonable price and the meals were very very tasty. Nothing to add. Thank you so much for your hospitality. You went an extra mile to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Easy and nice underground access to the Parking as well which is an important if you rent a car. Everything 10/10!

A nice, quiet place to stay just outside Lisbon (in the Porto Salvo area). We had a full-size bed with a couch, desk for working, and cable tv (the English channels begin at 200 - CNN, BBC, etc, plus movie channels). The breakfast spread was tasty and filling - coffee machine (8 different self-serve options), fruit juices, pastries, make yourself pancakes, fruit, and sliced meat. There is a Lidl supermarket next door and the Oeires Parque mall is a 15-minute walk away. We used a taxi and Uber to get around, and the Paco de Arcos train station was a short ride over to get into Lisbon. The staff (with the exception of a few of the house keepers) all spoke English and were friendly and helpful. If you are in Lisbon for more than a few days and looking for an economical hotel, then highly recommend!
