The staff's attention is incredible, very good, to A official, balconist, Mrs Emilia, super professional, she and her colleagues and excellent food, the cooks note 10 affordable prices, both food and stay prices.

Super friendly staff, they pay a lot of attention to cleanliness, the rooftop pool with a view of the Estadio da Luz is the highlight. There is also a large selection at breakfast. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the nearest metro station, which takes you straight to the center. We really enjoyed our stay here.

This is an accommodation we stopped at on the way from Sintra to Lisbon. As it was an existing mansion or castle that was renovated, the building itself was old, but clean and well-maintained, and the rooms were very spacious, which was nice. I tried breakfast as it was included, and although there weren't many items, everything was delicious.

Overall we had a really good stay here. The hotel staff were helpful and friendly. The food in the restaurant was surprisingly good and inexpensive ($9 for a 12” pizza). The bed and pillows were good, and the breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious. The only negative would be the very small rooms but we knew that was the case ahead of time.

We spent two nights here while in Lisbon on our tour of Spain, Portugal & Morocco. This was one of the nicer hotels they put us up in. The hotel and rooms were modern and very clean. The rooms were reasonably sized. Not overly large, but adequate for two people and luggage. There was an ATM in the lobby. And the WiFi was reliable. The room was cool when we checked in! If any of the things I've commented on seem like something you would expect, don't! Our experiences on this trip made us appreciate all of these things. The sink in bathroom drained slowly and the holder for the hand shower was broken. (It fell to lowest height every time the hand shower was removed.) Housekeeping should be logging these things for Maintenance to address proactively. But, overall, we enjoyed our stay in what was one of my favorite cities from our trip

ENG: Summary: Somehow, *********** permits this barely-2-stars hotel to be verified with 4. The only thing good here are the surprisingly large rooms and the swimming pool. Possible one the most peculiar hotel I have been to in my life. Firstly, it is almost impossible to get there with a GPS. The only sign is a tiny one saying ”Local Hotel” in the front door. Secondly, the hotel is somehow 4 stars, when in reality it doesn't go over 2 stars. Some examples of this: horribly low maintenance the walls haven't been cleaned probably since it was constructed. Moreover, there is humidity problems in the hotel. The breakfast, is terribly bad. Resembling the breakfast of a backpacking hostel. Moreover, the ”room service” is basically non-existent, in which they give you ”clean” towels (not enough for everyone, we were 4, they gave us 2.) The only good thing I can think about in this hotel is probably the surprisingly large rooms and the swimming pool. We have stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and I must say it was the most clean, well organised and comfortable hotel I have been so far. All I have missed was a swimming pool but well we cannot have everything haha, they have got a huge bath so that’s the plus for not having swimming pool 😋. I can highly recommend staying at this hotel. Everyday they made sure our room is clean very spacious room and bathroom. Everyday we have got an AMAZING breakfast and DELICIOUS dinner with fresh juice. I don’t know guys who is your chef but take care of him/her as in whole Lisboa and Almada I haven’t eaten better than at yours restaurant. Very reasonable price and the meals were very very tasty. Nothing to add. Thank you so much for your hospitality. You went an extra mile to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Easy and nice underground access to the Parking as well which is an important if you rent a car. Everything 10/10!

Excellent contemporary designed hotel, which was very clean and comfortable. There is an extensive selection of food for breakfast, which is good value. Ideal location for visiting the attractions of Lisbon, due to its close proximity to the Metro. The receptionists were all very helpful, particularly Alexander and Caroline, who are great ambassadors for the hotel.

Room is good, breakfast is okay, nice area and service was really good thanks to Frederico and Marco for always being there and very helpful. The area is next to a really great park and if you work through you'll will find the Oeiras shopping mall. Lots of shops and eating opportunities

Got relocated to this hotel after our chosen one was no longer available. Very underwhelmed by it. Staff were friendly but there was a lack of customer service skills. Food was ok for buffet food. Plenty of choice. Pool area was dangerous lots of broken and uprooted tiles and slabs.one of our party tripped on one and was lucky not to end up in cracking their head open meant to the pool. Kids pool closed off with bits hanging from it. Towels were put out on sunbeds (only around 40 ) for a hotel that has 8 floors and then not used til early afternoon when the sun hits the pool. Meant we had to sit on The broken tiles . Bath was mouldy and toilets didn’t flush very well. If you get the back of hotel expect to see people weeing against cars , dogs barking and bin men early every morning. Hotel is in a windy area so make sure you don’t get hit by a flying umbrella like several guests were during our stay. Would think they would have sorted this problem out with the amount of times people were hit by them. Also beware of the buckets In Reception that were there for our whole duration without anything being done to rectify the problem. Don’t come here with high expectations
