Un endroit idyllique un peu hors du temps . Les faïences du sol dans l’entrée et le lobby sont toujours là et tres belles Tout y est agréable : les chambres avec des vues magnifiques sur la mer et la ville Les draps comme on aime en lin et une propreté parfaite Le petit déjeuner : sublime très généreux Les trois restaurants sont tous très agréables Le personnel est magnifique ! Gentil serviable désireux de bien faire C’est rare ! C’est incroyable mais mon commentaire est 100 pour cent positif car c’est un endroit rare Bravo à toute l’équipe Nous aurons du mal à partir !

What an amazing hotel superbly run! The team are wonderful and could not do enough to make our stay more welcoming. Every little detail was perfect from the rooms, to the restaurants to the gardens to the terraces and the fantastic beach club. The views from every part of the hotel are just incredible. Special mention to Erminia who was more than helpful,professional, and accommodating in every way during our reservation process. Thank you Hotel Santa Caterina!

Totale mancanza di riguardo per gli ospiti.A seguito dell'eruzione dell'Etna della mattinata del 4 agosto 2024,avendo una prenotazione proprio per quel giorno,per ben due camere,alle ore 13 ci siamo recati nel suddetto "hotel".Abbiamo immediatamente realizzato che nulla era stato fatto per limitare i disagi degli utenti, in quanto nessuno aveva ancora minimamente provveduto a rimuovere,almeno parzialmente, la sabbia vulcanica.Tutto era completamente inagibile ,a cominciare dalla piscina che era una scelta prioritaria per noi,considerato il gran caldo,compresa la sala del bar per la quale non era stata prevista neanche la necessaria climatizzazione.La termperatura esterna era di 35 gradi.Considerando che la responsabilità non era direttamente ascrivibile alla direzione,ma,evidentemente ,si trattava di eventi straordinari ,non abbiamo chiesto il rimborso ma ,semplicemente,vista la situazione di totale inagibilità della strittura,la possibilità di trasferire ad altra data la nostra prenotazione.Non pretendevamo una precisa data ma abbiamo chiesto una qualunque altra data che ci avrebbe consentito,comunque, di recuperare la cifra versata.Dopo che la segretaria si è sentita al telefono con la cosiddetta direttrice,ci è stata negata ogni nostra richiesta.A quel punto dopo aver ribadito che la prenotazione non era fallita a causa nostra ,in quanto ci siamo presentati in perfetto orario,abbiamo abbandonato quel posto che è difficile definire struttura turistica per la totale mancanza di delicatezza nei confronti dei turisti stessi,e ce ne siamo andati rinunciando al soggiorno e al denaro già versato!!! L’hôtel est fidèle à sa réputation, à savoir magique. L’emplacement, les petites attentions, l’architecture, son Beach club font de cet hôtel un endroit inoubliable. Malheureusement certains membres du personnel ne sont pas à la hauteur du service attendu dans ce genre d’établissement. En effet, nous avons eu une mauvaise expérience notamment avec certains serveurs de la terrasse et certaines personnes au niveau de la réception. En revanche, mention spéciale pour la super équipe qui gère le Beach club et qui saura vous faire oublier le reste.

This was the most amazing hotel we have ever stayed at. Very romantic and the staff could not have been nicer or more attentive. Multiple areas to explore and take pictures. The breakfast was the most spectacular I have ever seen and the 5 course dinner was a lifetime memory. You cannot miss with this hotel.
