It was on the second floor of the Weekly Mansion. I'm 59 years old, and there is no elevator, so I couldn't carry my large suitcase up the stairs. I asked to change to the first floor, but they said it was full and impossible. The woman at the reception reluctantly carried it to the second floor, but she insisted that we don't offer this kind of service! I was pretty scared. I wish Trip.com would provide more details about the floor of the room and the type of place you're staying at. There was a lot of dust under the bed.
