The bathroom and bed had hair and toenails on tub. Made me wait 1hr after my check in cause room wasn’t ready.

A very very tired property. Bath tub faucet ran steady stream all the time. Tile grout very dirty. Baseboards pulled away from wall with dirt filling crack. "Ran out" of coffee

Our sray was horrible, no tv, beds are uncomfortable, bathrooms were gross. Old soap in shower and hair.

Good for the rate. However there were no hair dryer, nor Kleenex and the bath didn’t hold the water. The mattress was as hard as plywood.

After driving 13 hours we had a great deal of trouble finding the motel. It was dark and there were NO outside lights. ( what happened to "we'll leave the light on"? After we finally found it the room was not really acceptable. Unclean. We took another room only to find tv didn't work and the phone was missing. It was just as nasty as the other room so we opted for the first room and I wiped it down best I could. There were also many bugs in the bathroom after dark. Definitely the worst experience I have ever had at a motel 6!

Pillows were ripped and shaped like a basketball. Floors were dirty. Roach bugs were on the floor.
