Batra palace is the worst choice for hotel and do not book any rooms here it's all dusty and uncleaned and the taps or water doesn't work

The property is not looked after at all. The towels had baby cockroaches on it and when i got new towels it had spiders. The room was dusty all around and the pillows were filthy and the bed has no springs which will hurt your back. It is also located in between a fruit market and there is a lot of nuisance in the area. Very unsafe and very unhygienic.

The check in was smooth but the service was pathetic, we had to wait 45 min for just tea and french fries. Moreover the rooms were not clean and we had to ask the staff to replace all the bedsheets and pillow cases.
