They have not given rooms as it was not available. Request to refund the same amount. Also you can confirm with hotel also

Terrible stay at this hotel. Checked in at late 03:00 am, as soon as i entered in the room, strong cigarette smell made it more worse for me. Ignored it, and went for a shower, the wc was not cleaned properly, turned on the shower no hot water running through it. Opened the side table drawer to keep my cosmetics, found a long hair on it. Went to have a glass of water, all webs over my head, hairs at tissue paper with glasses. Linen had stains, bedsheet was torn, called restaurant and reception to ask for breakfast at 10:00am, neither reception nor the front desk were ready to answer the call, finally i went out of the room and one banquet guy took my order but after 45 mins i was given a call stating, the restaurant is not open and we cannot deliver. I get a call from reception for checkout at 11:15am stating the checkout was at 11:00, on requesting for a slightly late checkout till 01:00 considering i had checked in a little late but they denied and said it would be chargeable. I ended up paying to the receptionist at checkout who were not even bothered to ask about the stay and services.

Rooms are clean. Resturent has good food. Room service is too good. The resturent starts at 8 am. So if u want bed tea it is s problem.

Overall pleasent experience. Hotel rooms was same as image but their is need to be more hygience. Food quality was really taken care by the hotel. We had parking space and safety standards were followed.
