It was nise to beanle to park and walk to restaurants and shops. They provided bikes and beach chairs as well. The front porch was a nice area to relax and people watch. Tge back yard pool area was inviting as well.

Girls weekend to celebrate a friend’s special birthday. Such a fun and relaxing weekend! The rooms were clean and the bed is so comfortable! Whether relaxing by the pool or enjoying each other’s company on the front porch, good times were had by all! Just a short stroll to the center of town to enjoy some food and shopping! Would definitely recommend and will be back!

The Hoyt House is amazing! If you’re looking for a wonderful place to feel both at home and pampered, this is it. The hosts are both warm and welcoming. Their recommendations for local sites, eateries, and things to do are excellent. We loved this stay!

The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The breakfast and happy hour were excellent and well hosted. The courtyard and pool area was second to none - from the plantings, pool, and spa. We will definitely consider this as our stay in the future.

This b& b has an amazing location. Walkable to old town and very cozy. Staff was helpful but not overbearing. Very well appointed. Would recommend highly!

Charming house, great location! Our room was lovely and amenities were first rate. Our hosts were so gracious. Weeks before our visit we were sent lists of restaurants and things to do. I really appreciated this gesture it made planning our trip much easier.

The hosts were warm and friendly. The complementary happy hour was a lot of fun and a great way to have conversation and meet new people.The rooms were clean and furnished to reflect the period of the home. The outdoor space was beautiful, and the large front porch was a wonderful spot to relax.
