Highly recommend booking here! everyone is so kind! Upon arriving the front desk girl Gabrielle was very informative and took care of us. Dinner at Oceanside was amazing and Tavoy M and Julian R the waiters were awesome!! Miami Vice by the pool was a nice recommendation. Breakfast at Sunrise Cafe was amazing my kids loved the mini pancakes and yogurt parfaits Natalie R was awesome shout to to all my Jamaican people!!!! Ending my nights with Deborah R at the bar were always Fun I'm a fan of Espresso martinis now! when checking out Rochelle the night crew made check out very easy and made sure any room charges were correct! definitely will be coming back!

I was visiting the Omni for first time and left feeling like I was on a true vacation. The meals are outstanding. Fresh, fresh, fresh! The service was excellent, especially Samara and Garret whom we got to know throughout the week. They are true gems that made us feel so welcome and comfortable. Thank you again Omni, I’ll be back!

the place was great! my only issue was the AC in the room was incapable of keeping the room cool. i understand temperature and comfort are subjective. i thought the room was too warm despite setting the AC as low as it would go.

The service in amenities were very good… The pool and beach area is super nice! And I loved that it had so many restaurants and things to do on the resort. However, most of all those things to do cost extra… And the room was already very pricey, I wish some things had just been included in the price of the hotel. The room was nice, generally clean, but the bed was a bit too firm for my taste and I feel like it needed a bit of a paint job or updates in some areas.
The biggest issue with this trip was that the software system was down when we arrived, at no fault of the employees of the hotel, but it definitely made our experience a little bit off. We had no room keys and had to get someone to open our door every time we entered. Everything had to be charged to the room number at a later date, so I am scared to see that bill when it comes in.

Overall, the Omni Amelia Island Resort is amazing! From the views to the service, I was pleased. The only suggestion that we have as middle aged and I'm sure older individuals, is to update the beds and pillows. The beds were ok, but lacked the support features of some hybrid mattresses available today. The Down pillows and even the foam pillows offered do not properly support those with neck and shoulder issues. Other than that, the room was great to take a break from daily activities.

We had an amazing time and loved the resort. It's a beautiful place. Everyone was so friendly, especially Deidra at check in. She was incredibly helpful. There are several great restaurants on the property. Several great options for breakfast. There are some beautiful walks as well.
