TRAVELODGE AMESBURY STONEHENGE

Convenient location, clean and tidy rooms and Vikki on reception was very lovely and helpful would definitely recommend staying here . Only downside is parking is a little bit tight, there is a fuel station and food places over the road which was very convenient

I'm staying regularly in this travel lodge and all staff work tiresly to improve standard and pleasure of staying in this budged hotel. Especially Vikki and Justine from reception go above and beyond to help me with everything I need to make sure I enjoy my stay and honestly I do. Thank you to all staff for hard work and special mention for Vikki and Justine for being exceptional.

Room was standard. Bathroom was un maintained. Mouldy sealant and rust marks. Felt more dirty than clean once showered. Don't expect a 5 star but basic maintenance should be maintained in any business.

Came here late to book in there was a mistake from my company who book the room Vicki was very understanding and help me with the situation I got my room as 8 had to leave at 4.30 am so not to much sleep a good encounter with a member of staff made my stay a happy one thank you Vicki.

hotel looks dated and run down and not especially clean for a travelodge - very overpriced for the quality and amenities on offer. Sheets had stains and bathroom had broken shower gel dispenser and sink dispenser was empty. At just over £100 a night totally not worth it

The Travelodge at Amesbury is an exceptionally poor representation of the Travelodge chain. The inside of the hotel screams of renovation. The carpets are so old that the musty smell overpowers everything. The windows must be kept open at all times due to this reason. On arrival we were checked in into a room that hasn’t been cleaned. This was remedied quite quickly and we were moved to a different room. While the room was relatively clean, dry banana piece sticking on the desk did not add charm to an already poor experience. The fact that big bags of used laundry are kept downstairs without being covered is something I have not seen in any of the hotels anywhere in the world. The door to the hotel is kept open at all times during the day, which is understandable given the bad smell, but it gives a very easy access to some wild fauna. Yes, we have witnessed a rat casually making its way into the building. While my experience at other Travelodge hotels was nothing to complain about, this particular location needs some serious improvements as soon as possible.

I have stayed at this hotel many times over the past couple of years. It is over all what you would expect from a Travelodge but at this particular travelodge the staff are very helpful and welcoming. Katie and Vicky in particular. I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely place & lovely staff with 3 different food options right outside the front door! What more could you want 🤣👌

Very good place to stay. It has improved a lot since the first time I stayed here, there has been an obvious change in management. The staff are very nice and welcoming. I would like to say Thanks to Katie, Vicky and the rest of the staff for being helpful
