J'ai déjà séjourné dans dzs campaniles mais dans celui-là, je suis vraiment déçu.
Volet écaillé a l'extérieur de la chambre et horriblement sale a l'interieur.
Porte difficile a claquer.
Moisissures importantes au plafond près de la fenêtre et au plafond dans la salle bain.
Je paye pour un départ tardif à 15 h mais a 09h du matin mon acces au wifi etait déjà désactivé et à 11h30 l'acces à ma chambre etait deja désactivé.
Sans compter l'absence de pancarte ne pas déranger dans la chambre et impossible de m'en fournir a l'accueil.
Je n'en veux pas aux employés qui font avec ce qu'on leur donne.
Mais c'est inadmissible pour un Campanile. Cet hôtel n'est pas entretenu et se délabre.
Je fais énormément de déplacements professionnels mais là, je ne pense pas y revenir...

Les toilettes n’étaient pas propres à notre arrivée. Pas d’ascenseur pour monter au 2ème étage avec toutes nos valises, pour un hôtel 3 étoiles je ne trouve pas cela normal

Yasmine se trouvait à la réception, accueil, agréable, souriante et dynamique, efficace.... Continuez!!!!! Literie excellente, chambre insonorisée, bref, de quoi passer une bonne soirée étape, je recommande vivement, si l'occasion se représente j hésiterai pas à y passer a nouveau. Cordialement.

Super hôtel chambre et salle de bain spacieuse, réception ouverte jusqu'à 23H00, très bon accueil, calme, literie confortable. Et petit café ou thé avec bouilloire et dosettes pour le matin . Je recommande à 200 %.

Grande chambre ou rien ne manque : sèche cheveux, thé café , bouilloire, grand bureau
Peinture à refaire: état général extérieur et intérieur , tour de la baignoire, c’est moyen pour un 3 étoiles.
Personnel professionnel et agréable : bon accueil
Petit dej: extra salé et sucré
Toutefois je ne sais si ce sont les fortes chaleurs: petites bêtes dans la chambre, ce n’est pas agréable, type blattes.

Très frustrés. Nous avions choisi cet hotel car il acceptait les chiens, mais quand on a voulu diner: interdiction aux chiens de rentrer dans la salle (diner et petit dejeuner) inadmissible si cela avait été noté sur le site on aurait changé d'établissement.
