We booked this hotel for a nice and relaxing stay for our last night in Amman and it was totally worth it. After the security at the front we felt that all the staff we encountered went above and beyond. A quirky thing about the check in was that they asked us to write down our names and one thing we liked - I wrote cheese and my wife wrote comfy pillows and when we got back to our room from our sightseeing in Amman there was a cheese platter and a very comfy pillow for my wife.
We spent a lot of time at the pool on the large day beds. We also spent some time in the spa area where you can use the Jacuzzis and steam rooms. They also have some very nice large showers in the spa change rooms. The hotel's gym has some nice new equipment too.
The rooms were nicely appointed with very comfy beds, sound proofing, hidden closets, a cool mini fridge drawer, technology connections and a TV that you can cast to amongst several other features. We had a great night's rest here.
The food at the hotel is pretty good and there are lots of healthy options. We enjoyed the lentil soup that was served with a literal mountain of bread choices for room service. We also found lots of good options at breakfast including detox waters, all kinds of juices, a good hot selection of buffet items and everything in between.
This was an excellent stay and we would recommend it if you're looking to splurge!

The front desk of the Marriott Hotel was very handsome and received us. The staff was really considerate and friendly to Chinese people. The breakfast waiter's name was Badren, who was super nice. Even the Jordanian girl who fried the eggs was super pretty. I secretly took a photo of her😃 I live there The Marriott is also very comfortable. The hotel is relatively quiet in the courtyard. It is very close to the urban scenic spots. It is within 2-10 kilometers by car. Everyone in the hotel staff has a smile, which is very warm and healing! Now begins a new day's journey, leaving for Petra [hug][hug][hug][hug][hug]

The hotel is in a good location, modern, clean and very large.
The staff is not well trained for a 5-star hotel!
Error also when paying in the pool if someone orders something, because in the menu there are different prices and when the bill comes different prices !
There is also a car Valet but there is no way the guest can park his car.

The hotel is close to a shopping mall, which is very convenient for eating and shopping. There are also many small restaurants nearby. There is a Turkish kebab restaurant opposite, where a wrap and fries are only 3 Jordanian coins. The restaurant has a beautiful environment, delicious fruits, and warm and thoughtful waiters. It is worth recommending.

Facilities: This old hotel has been around for some time. Although it is a very luxurious old hotel in the local area, the facilities are obviously outdated;
Service: The check-in staff at the front desk were not very enthusiastic and had a cold face throughout the process (maybe I didn’t meet the right person?) and had a strong English accent, but the welcome guys were super responsible and enthusiastic. We drove there and stayed there During the 2 days, you only need to drive your car to the entrance of the lobby every day. After asking for your room number, the receptionist will take the key and help you park the car and keep the key (the key will not be returned to you). When you go out, go to the bellman counter. After reporting your room number over there, the guy will immediately drive the car to you at the entrance of the lobby. This service process is awesome!
Environment: There are many boutique chocolate shops + restaurants nearby, including Hardee’s, a local Jordanian chain fried chicken burger restaurant, with large portions and super delicious! If you have time to live there, you must try it!

LleibiubiuNot bad, the hotel is next to Four Seasons and Sheraton. The breakfast was OK and the room was relatively large, but the view from our room was average. When my luggage didn't arrive on the first day, the hotel front desk manager actively helped to solve the problem and was very attentive! Parking is also convenient~
GGuest UserThe hotel is in a perfect location, where there are a lot of restaurants and necessary shops. The neighborhood is also a great one, (mostly a residential area), and therefore, the street noise is almost nil. The apartment that we booked was quite spacious and comfortable. The apartment is also well equipped with necessary items, The reception is manned 24 hours a day, and therefore, any questions can be answered quickly. The place has a nice restaurant on its fourth floor and the chef makes delicious food indeed. We tried only breakfast, and it was tasty and sumptuous. The chef is also a very nice person and listens to your needs and makes the food accordingly. The best part about this hotel is the people. Almost everyone we encountered there was super nice. Special words of mention should go to Nabil Shams (who is either a partner or owner of the place) and Mahmoud. They answer calls from the room literally 24 hours a day and address any issues and needs. They always greet the guests every time one walks into the hotel with absolute warmth and friendliness.
GGuest UserI loved the Cabin Hostel. I stayed only two nights, but they were just what I needed. The location is perfect. surrounded by cafes, restaurants, and shops, walkable to the citadel and theatre and souls. I checked in around midnight and there was no issue. I stayed in a private room, which was basic but clean and comfortable. Clean washrooms and showers (with hot water). 24hr access to filtered water, coffee, tea. I had breakfast on the first morning, which was fine, but the rooftop kitchen/hangout area is great. The dorms also looked good and comfortable - the kind that have proper privacy curtains. I would definitely recommend it.
GGuest UserThis place was well located and there were some good things within walking distance-downtown might be better though.
The hotel was basically good, relatively clean, lots of tv channels but very few English. The breakfast was good and the attendant was always helpful. The bar downstairs was good too.
Less good--really seemed to depend who you got, many really couldn't be bothered, especially the overnight manager. Hedir (likely spelling that wrong) was a breath of fresh air on reception, helpful, smiling and upgraded me. She was great. The dry cleaning service was good and quick but very pricey.
GGuest UserI recently stayed at this hotel for the first time during my visit to Jordan, and I must say it exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. I believe the staff member who welcomed me was named Louay, and he was extremely professional.
The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. What truly stood out was their readiness to assist, even after my departure.
I’m confident that this hotel will be my go-to choice for future visits to Jordan. Highly recommended!
GGuest UserI came to this hotel as part of a group trip. The staff are very friendly, especially the kitchen staff. WiFi is available in the reception area but this is different to the WiFi in your room which was very good. The TV is a smart TV with YouTube etc. I shared a twin room which was internal so the window is to the hall way. The room was clean with a little area to hang clothes. The bathroom has a huge shower, but remember water is an issue for Jordan. The best bit about the hotel is breakfast. There is a cold selection of fruit and cake served to your table and then the pre-ordered cooked breakfast. And off the breakfast area is a roof terrace with a view of the Roman Theatre
GGuest UserThe hotel was very popular about 25 years ago I’m told by locals. The staff are very welcoming and friendly however the hotel doesn’t seem to have ever been updated from it’s heyday. The rooms are so dusty my nose started to bleed by the time I left. The bathrooms have brown furniture and a bidet instead of a toilet spray. I hated using the toilet and bath, I felt dirtier coming out than going in! The balcony was only a foot deep and the windows let in so much noise. I would have left and booked another hotel but it was non refundable. The only thing that made it nice was the staff.
Outside the hotel were taxis that overcharged but if you do need one just cross the road and hail one, it’s a lot cheaper. The hotel across the road is more modern for a similar price, I’d go there if I had to return.

NNakagawaI used it when transiting to Amman Airport at midnight on Jordanian Airlines.
When I told my uncle in transit, I was told to call this hotel and stay, so I booked and stayed on the spot at Hotel.com.
I was expecting the Jordanian transit because it was written on the internet that I could stay for free, but I'm glad that Hotel.com was there.
The hotel is just a short ride on the shuttle bus.
I went to the hotel once for a transit flight tomorrow morning and got a departure stamp.
The front brother, Japanese! I was surprised.
I had a valuable experience of staying in Jordan ~
There is a cute Neki-chan at the entrance of the hotel!
