I was greeted at the hotel by friendly staff who checked me in very quickly. The room was very clean with a good shower and comfortable clean bed. Breakfast was a buffet style with eggs to order and a good variety. I used the Spa for massage and shave which were great. The hotel is close to the main attractions and I would highly recommend it.

The worst hotel I stayed in during my entire trip to Jordan. The hotel is on a mountain, and you have to walk a long way to get anywhere. There is nothing to eat, drink, or have fun nearby. What's worse is that the hotel's hygiene is really worrying. The sheets and quilt covers are completely pilling, and they scratch on my body. And the hotel's sound insulation is extremely poor, and you can hear a fart next to you. The sound of other guest rooms closing doors is so loud that it affects my sleep. Such a bad hotel, more than 200 yuan is worse than sleeping on the street!
Facilities: Not as good as a 100 yuan hotel in China.
Hygiene: It's so bad, the quilts and sheets are pilling.
Environment: There is nothing in the surrounding environment, and it is still halfway up the mountain, so it is inconvenient to go anywhere. I don't know what I was thinking at the time, living in such an inconvenient place.
Service: The service is okay, but I am looking forward to your tip.

The welcome parking and drink service is easy to find on the street and not noisy. You can see the mosque from the balcony outside the window. The scenery is very good. It is a very welcoming country and city. Living in the old town is still comfortable. The breakfast tastes okay, and the experience is good with not many guests. It's not far from Castle Hill and the Roman Theater, so self-driving is very suitable.

Hôtel très agréable et bien situé. J'ai passé deux semaines là bas. Le personnel était charmant, accueillant et très serviable. L'emplacement est top, à 10 m de Downtown et de sa vie animee et à 5 mn en voiture de la citadelle et de l'amphithéâtre. Bachar a été très efficace et attentionné pour préparer la chambre et faire en sorte que vous vous sentiez bien. La piscine de l'hôtel se situe dans un patio dans lequel des canapés sont installés. Vous pouvez aller boire un verre ou un thé au bord de celle ci.

Nice small hotel the staff at the reception very kind helpful the dining room good food but one person to service to do omelette not enough the doorman very helpful & always smile &the spa good special Husam he’s doing good job The hotel is clean except the balcony in the rooms I will come back to this hotel next time &the price is logical

L’hotel è situato in una posizione molto comoda, proprio di fronte a Abdali Boulevard (che è una figata, andateci). L’hotel è moderno e pulitissimo, ha tutto il necessario, il personale è semplicemente delizioso. Una nota di merito in particolare per la SPA, che è super accessioriata, gestita con professionalità, e offre trattamenti davvero rilassanti. Vi consiglio di provare l’hammam marocchino.
