We had a great experience as everything was up to our expectations

Great hotel for exploring Amman for business and leisure. Wonderful breakfast, large room and bathroom as well as decent WIFI. Restaurants, supermarkets and banks nearby. Easy to get around with Uber. Close to Rainbow street. Lovely plunge pool and rooftop bar.

The hotel room is large, clean and tidy. The hotel service attitude is very good. Free printing materials are provided for customers. It feels very good to stay here.

The room is super big, the breakfast is also very rich, the fruit is very fresh and delicious, but it is not suitable for Asians. There is a supermarket around the hotel, which is very convenient for shopping. It is also very close to Sister Rainbow. It is convenient to stay here and travel. There is a free self-service The washing machine is super crowded and takes a long time to queue up. The attitude of the staff is considered a courtesy!

5 minutes away from the central ancient city, surrounded by many local national dishes...Mansaf... There are also KFC and M’c… The hotel has an outdoor swimming pool and a smoking area… The breakfast on the first floor is very rich, with a variety of cheese, carbohydrates, fruits...

Very comfortable and safe hotel, nice and helping staff, awesome breakfast and their helpful staff (got us hash brown the second day as well upon request and reheated our leftover food)! The room service is efficient and appreciated the free 24-hours laundry/soap!

Elegant hotel, comfortable bed, fantastic breakfast (American, European, and Middle Eastern options). What really stood out was how kind and accommodating the staff are. I arrived from my flight well after midnight for a one night stay; they let me check out at 3pm the next day so I could sleep in, have breakfast, and walk Amman. I felt very safe and taken care of!

I was upgraded from the studio l booked to a one bedroom which was great. I had also requested a room with a nice view and was placed on a high floor with a view over the downtown. The property itself was excellent and had all the amenities you would expect of a good hotel. The location is in a very good area with nearby supermarket and many food options a short walk away. It was also quite close to the downtown. The service was excellent throughout the hotel nothing was too much trouble for the staff to organise. This included transport, directions and tours. The staff arranged a personal tour of the remote Desert Castles which was excellent. The pool & bar area with expansive views of the city was a great place to unwind in the late afternoon. Overall I would highly recommend a stay.

The Staff at the Property was most helpful and very friendly. The Hotel Suites is worth the stay in Amman. Excellent breakfast, safe, secure, and close to downtown Amman.
