A very pleasant stay.

Good place

We were very pleased with the hotel. The room was huge. We had breakfast in the 5 star hotel Regency Palace section. The service was also good.

The refrigerator is broken, the TV has only 5 channels and it does not work clearly, the air conditioning is old and does not work well, the extractor in the bathroom does not work at all times, and I did not find some of my money. The hotel is bad.

The hotel room is large, next to a five-star hotel of the same brand. Breakfast is served at the five-star Positive Hotel, which is mainly used by tour groups. The breakfast is good, the room is clean and well-maintained. It is not facing the street and is very quiet. Recommended

I know this hotel may need an update, but to us, it was just perfect. The rooms are huge. We had 324 at the back, so we were away from the traffic noise at the front, but the bin wagon woke us of a night. The breakfast choice is huge with every taste catered for. The staff throughout the hotel are so welcoming and helpful. The hotel is joined to The Regency so you can use all their facilities. The rooftop pool was just amazing, plus it had a 360° view around the city. Trader Vic's is also on site, which is a must try. Drinks can be expensive, but that is normal throughout Amman. There is also an indoor pool and gym that looked well equipped. All in all, we loved the hotel, and although a lot of the attractions are a good walk, up to an hour away, which we did. we found the area perfect for us. There is a hotel based taxi service as well, which we did use as well as other companies.

Very spacious room, access to facilities from the 5* hotels included (as they’re connected), and extremely helpful and kind staff. Speak to Tayseer, he is very knowledgeable and kind :). He helped making my trip amazing.

Stayed at Grand palace hotel for two nights...the bed was very comfortable ..the breakfast was amazing ..the reception was polite and helpful...the view from the gym is great..... The WiFi also good. I will stay again . I liked the service and the cleaness.

Excellent family-owned hotel, well located, comfortable rooms, superb high-ceiling, open windows indoor heated poo with magnificent viewsl and outdoor rooftop pool. Exceptional food, fresh, beautiful ingredients, high quality preparation and presentation, highly recommend

This hotel was a beautiful hotel long time ago. Now it feels like a pickup joint and most things are crumbling down. Its an awesome location but needs a complete makeover. Staff is excellent but this place needs to be refurbished

we recently stayed in Grand Palace Hotel for conference in Amman, comfortable hotel near the markets and the restaurants, quite and big rooms, The bed was comfortable and the GYM has a nice view on Amman city i will recommend this hotel for our friends.

The hotel seemed like it had seen better days... or maybe it was the time of year we were there. Much of the space was empty (bar, restaurant), and out our group was led to the "tiki" themed restaurant in an adjoining hotel for dinner and breakfast. The selection of food was adequate. Hours for pool and workout space are limited (seemingly to hours during a typical work day). Our room had a nice seating area and was fine.

We here at grand palace Amman, we so happy with everything …warm welcoming …nice and big room with amazing view…clean lobby ….delicious food …good spa ……nice breakfast…and the most important thing is the good price….I recommend this hotel for my friends .

I stayed three nights in Grand Palace Hotel it was wonderful hotel .. first of all : a big thank you to all the staff. They are friendly and helpful always with smile. Price of the room was realy Fair... Breakfast and dinner were huge!!!! I tried the massage in the Spa twice, they are professional and very good.
