تجربة سيئه الاصوات عالية جدا خصوصا الغرف العلشارع والاستعلامات غير متعاون ومش نظيف رائحة الغرفة غير نظيفة ولاتوجد مطاعم وكافيات قريبة اتمنالهم التطوير والاهتمام bad experience very noisy rooms and not clean also far from restaurants and malls..

The most horrible trip of my entire life because of the bed bug. Uncomfortable pillows, small, old towels. The cleaning leaves something to be desired. And the worst thing is that the manager promised to reimburse me for what I lost in terms of clothes because he called an expert to the hotel and the latter advised me to wash everything at 60° and the result a big loss, it's been 2 months since he told me I'm going to check with the financial director, we'll call you back Madam but unfortunately it's just blah blah. He ignores my calls, my emails and even my messages. I booked with Booking and believe me the photos are not consistent at all, I wanted to write my opinion on Booking but for the moment they have stopped registering this hotel from their site.
