The room is really bad, the service is okay, not recommended. I don’t understand why it is ranked so high. Hygiene: very poor Facilities: very poor I changed hotels temporarily and will never stay there again. .

You have to go through security when entering the hotel, and the breakfast is pretty good.

I was going to stay at the hotel for one night, but I liked the hotel so I added another night! The staff were kind and helpful, so it was a fun and enjoyable trip

A clean and comfortable hotel with a strategic place that is near to main places in amman. They take care of your satisfaction and follow up on All details. Thanks to Imad from the administration who followed up on a note that we left from previous stay and he didn't give up until he made sure that everything is perfect and that I am satisfied.
