The average reception, roommate with cockroaches, bad smell, 3 days without breakfast, a lot of noise and music at night because of the nightclubs around, windows not insulated and do not close, very long elevator, no service transport or tourism.

Great facility, service, and staff. I will use this hotel for all my business and personal needs. The management and staff were understanding to our business requirements and needs and they have exceeded our expectations. Great value for money.

I spent one night here, after arriving late at night and leaving Amman the following afternoon, but it was a good stay and I was happy with the experience. It's a newly refurbished place, and the rooms were spotlessly clean. The lobby and dining areas were all nicely furnished - the whole place has a bright, cheerful, and airy feel to it. Breakfast was simple but nice, and I had a quick lunch later - also good. All of the staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful. Locations is good, close to many shops and supermarkets. The price was excellent, too!

Great value hotel. Great location. Had a few hiccups with our cot and the highchair for breakfast but they soon sorted everything. Staff are friendly and rooms are large. The breakfast is good. The hotel is spacious and decorated nicely. I would stay here again based on the value of the room rate. Yosra and family.

Highly recommended!!! Great location, great staff. The room was so clean, stylish, with excellent service. The food was excellent. Been here several times and always enjoy location and the nice rooms. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Perfect stay at liwan hotel. staff were very hospitable. The rooms were Very clean. Very good location surrounded by too many shops. The food was super tasty. It was a very positive experience I Highly Recommend this hotel for business purposes or for a stay in Jordan.
