Poor hygiene, hair on the bed, poor service, the front desk phone took a long time to answer or no one answered, and if you want something, you have to wait for about 40 minutes in batches. Changed to a bigger room, the bathroom is still clean, you can choose if you are not particular, and the price is here.

The beds in the rooms are very comfortable, the room service came in to clean our rooms everyday and even asked us what time worked best for them to come and clean. The breakfast and dinner buffets were consistently excellent. The staff was very kind and helpful as well.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, they were always willing whenever needed. The hotel's location was ideal, providing easy access to local attractions. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area

Nice Hotel acceptable standard they have gym and a.very small pool The receptionists are lovely especially Shahed (professional) and Nazek I have Stayed for 19 days breakfast was very well presented the wedding planner is amazing He will give u more than expected. It's recommended
