Gouri Inn

Gaur in is located near highway very conveniently. Food at madhushala is costly but the taste is awsome. The door handle of bathroom door would come off every time you try to close the door. A bit poorly maintained. My room was spacious. It had a balcony with a nice view. Over all it has a nice ambience. The staff was good too.

The room was in shambles, the blanket seemed unwashed for ages. The staff are good and the food quality is superb. But the room was very unclean. The room will be filled with bad smell if you keep the bathroom door open. The management has placed boards everywhere that if you are not satisfied then contact us, you will not get any benefit by posting negative feedback, but the very basic thing like cleanliness is not checked by them. They need to interfere in the day to day activities and get the rooms cleaned/upgraded. The location is the best thing about this hotel otherwise i would never stay at this hotel.

Location is great. Very convenient. Staff could be more responsive. A little delayed in responding to requests.

Room was not as shown at the time of booking. Bedsheet was having oily marks/spots. Cleaning staff did not bother to clean the room or empty the dustbin unless it was asked for by us. Tv and ac were very old type. However, ac was working fine. We did not use tv.

Rooms were near and food was tasty.

The room and initial behaviour of the reception was very poor. While checkout the receptionist asked for money. Next day the security guy called me asking for money and started saying things. Can't believe these people are behaving like this. Room was pathetic with low quality items, bathrooms were untidy including the cupboard. Ac water leaked inside the room and started flooding at the night. Tv is of old 2004 model dabbba. Just a wastage of money.
