property under renovation. no additional services like swimming pool, gym. lifts not working properly. Internet access in room not good. only thing good was prompt service.

Worst possible services and facilities I have ever seen for this expensive hotel. The AC in rooms does not work. Fittings are not clean. Lifts don't work. The breakfast menu is too mediocre and has no variety on day to day basis. The so called 4 star status is also not apt. There is no gym, no swimming pool, no club. The security concerns are commonly heard over with many thefts.
