I already stayed here previously, the hotel is situated in the center of the city, hotels are average in terms of food, service

The room was not clean and there was also a cigarette Smokey smell in the room towel also not in the washroom tv is also not working when we call the hotel staff they didn't response me. The service is also very poor 👎

Curtains having lots of stain and not clean. Bedsheet was not change. Cutlery provided was not clean or can say not washed properly

The lockdown has taken a toll on small hotels. There was no water in some rooms. The staff is courteous but the hotel needs better maintenance. It’s in a convenient location. Cleanliness was not up to the mark. I did not dare to order food. It was fine in terms of safety. The shutter down early morning gave me a scare.

Very poor staff service. No tv working. After changing 5 stub and that takes 3hours. Next day same problem repeat. No meaning for breakfast. It was start after 9. 00am and that's to in room they are providing one small plate of poha or two mini idli. Presentation and taste very poor. The way they are servicing seems like providing food to baggers. Manager is not available mist of time. Don't have value for money spend.

The room and all each part of was very dirty. The corridor was full of thrown disposables. Was room was unbearable. Not value for money. When asked for complimentary breakfast, reply was, you will receive poha and tea in your room itself.
