Bathrooms were uncleaned, unhygienic and stinking (drainage odour. Rooms were also not cleaned; dusty. Blankets were stinking and short for my height (5. 10 ft. Basic hindi movie channels were not available. Found worm in breakfast (poha. Tea cups were so unhygienic and dirty. No iron box available. Delayed laundry services which is of no use. Blackish towels i had to use. Bathrooms windows broken. Overall pathetic experience.

The hotel location was easy to find rooms are clean and spacious. The bathrooms are large and clean. The hotel staff is very supportive friendly and helpful. The restaurant and food is very nice. I highly recommend the place.

Horrible experience requested mm t to help in cancelation but regret very poor support after so requested owner to cancel and booked again through mm t but still after completion of stay mm t has no revert showing pending request, property not as it was shown on mm t not 10% even
