My recent stay at this hotel was disappointing, especially due to the owner's indifferent attitude: Tiny Rooms: Uncomfortably small rooms without windows or ventilation made the stay less than ideal. Dirty Blankets: Unclean blankets added to the discomfort, reflecting poor cleanliness standards. Initial Amenity Refusal: Basic amenities, like a water bottle, required persistent follow-up – not the service expected. Unsafe Surroundings: The narrow, seemingly unsafe road raised safety concerns, especially for solo female travelers. Owner's Unprofessionalism: Despite being polite during booking, the owner's shocking response, shouting over the phone, emphasized a disregard for customer concerns, stating he's only interested in business. Questionable Reviews: The credibility of 5-star reviews comes into question after such an indifferent experience. The owner, who was polite when we booked, became really rude when we complained about the room. Shouted at us over the phone.
