My 1st time in Amritsar and had a wonderful time at holiday inn hotel,the staff of the hotel was top notch and made me feel very comfortable and welcoming thanks to neeraj at the reception ..the rooms were huge and got upgraded to the deluxe room..special thanks to mr Raghav Sharma(Duty Manager)who went out of his way to make sure i was comfortable and also to Jaykrishna ,kanta, sohan at the resto who attended to all my needs very well..and for the help desk ppl all were very well…will definitely come back to Amritsar and will always stay at Holiday Inn..i would highly recommend this hotel to everyone..and also this hotel should for sure get a 5 star rating⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️(Kevin Gurbani-Jakarta Indonesia)

An amazing experience and great hotel. The staff are very friendly and go out of their way to help you. The food is delicious and the breakfast and dinner buffets were superb. Lots of vegetarian options and meat also available. A special mention to the *** working at the travel desk, called Harmeet, he was very helpful and organised all of our drivers. Thank you.

An exemplary service experience. Very quick Check-in and checkout, inspite of a Huge rush, very prompt service from the room service staff at 3 in the morning. A job well done guys.

It was our second stay at this hotel, and it has remained consistent in terms of its quality and service. The hotel seems to be a bit old but maintains a good and decent quality of rooms, and the washrooms are good. Service and hospitality are at their best. Even the options for food at the breakfast are really plentiful and very much above expectations. The best was the staff's greating for my IHG high level membership during the breakfast time. Feels really very nice. One star less due to the hotel ageing and still some minor improvements required.

Amazing hospitality by the staff. Special mention to the entire staff at the breakfast. Especially Chef Gopal who was very attentive and served us piping hot food. The rooms are spacious and airy! Good spread of breakfast with a mix if western and indian items.

Loved the hospitality of the staff here, during our entire stay. The team also arranged cab for us for sightseeing at reasonable fare. Special thanks to Ms. Saiyam for her prompt assistance and quick resolutions whenever we needed help. Highly recommended, will definitely visit again

It was an amazing experience in Holiday inn Amritsar. The front desk staff was so helpful and friendly. One of staff member there named Saiyam, she was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were me promptly. The buffet was so so delicious. I will definitely visit again soon.

Rooms were excellent, get service by Sajan Singh Ji. Food is good, excellent features with reasonable pricing. But pool wasn't operational due to maintenance and we were not updated about same till counter check in. Breakfast was good, more options in menu should be there. Easy connectivity with market around, great outlets around.
