Superb staff and breakfast good with good hospitality and nice rooms

Its okk to stayt at this property .But it's expensive according to location

Great hotel, great food, and the most cordial staff. Special shout out to Sonu ji our guide and driver for one day outing in Amritsar, took us personally to the golden temple, didn’t just drop us outside the temple and parked the car, but instead walked us up to the temple and guided us all the way. Thank you again Mr. Sonu. And also the f&b service team were very nice.

One of the best hotel in town. Staffs are also friendly, overall 10 out of 10 in ratings.

Gave me a feeling of a 3 Star hotel...the touch of class was missing. Small rooms. Didn't like it.

NOT FAR FROM CITY CENTRE. ONLY ABT 10 MINS BY TAXI. CONNECTED TO BEAUTIFUL LARGEST MALL WITH MANHY RESTAURANTS, CINEMA, ETC. VERY CLEAN & GOOD SERVICE.

It was too expensive

The hotel is located next to the main road in the eastern suburbs of Amritsar, about 4 kilometers away from the Golden Temple. There is a big Mall at the door, which is very convenient. Facilities: The room is slightly small, but well-equipped. The bed was well supported. The internet is fast. The sofa is very comfortable. The wardrobe is larger. Irons and hair dryers are standard. The shower has a large flow of water and a stable temperature. The disposables given are of moderate quality. Hygiene: The hotel facilities are new and very clean Environment: The internal environment of the hotel is good, but the outside is average. Service: The service attitude is very good and the response is timely. There are 8 bottles of drinking water in the room. The quality of breakfast is good, there are many choices, and there is chicken soup to drink. It costs less than 500 yuan including breakfast, which is very cost-effective.

The staff was extremely friendly. Laskshay- extremely great reception service. Fiza- the most amazing serving staff and Manoj a great cook. It was a great room, great help by everyone and food options was wonderful! Really appreciate the service

I would have given full stars, I only used the hotel room for the one night stay so basically to sleep. I skipped breakfast but was told it was by those that I was traveling with that is was wonderful with a great selection. Staff at the doors were wonderful and quick to help. The front desk service was lacking for me. I found the lineup queue did not matter and front desk allowed people to bud in front and allowed others to distract from them assisting you, mid conversation. I had 3 visits to front desk and all three times this occurred. Had this not occurred, I would have given full stars.

The check-in was one of the issues, rooms are way too small I mean compared to other five star properties. It was not up to the mark could have better rooms when somebody is paying good amount. They should at least get a complimentary breakfast too.
