Not worth. Staff not aligned towards customer convenience and satisfaction. Unhygienic. Not customer friendly at all. Overall poor experience.

The room 401 initially offered had semi transparent glass wall to bathroom. After telling them about the problem they told that rooms were designed as per owner. Only after we insisted that we cannot stay in such room they offered another room. The other room wasn't cleaned properly even after multiple requests. There was a small dropper(urine/pregnancy test sample type) lying in the bathroom. Breakfast was tasting good, however staff didn't have training. One guest dropped a plate by accident and it got broken. None of the staff member bothered about cleaning it properly, they just moved the broken pieces away by shoes. When i called the property twice they didn't confirmed my booking on previous day as well as didn't call back for confirmation. Food was good and bed was comfortable.

Rooms are very small, room and bathroom are also very dirty. I am really very unsatisfied. Bedsheets are also used.

The location is good. In-house parking is available, which is a very big boon on the otherwise overcrowded area. The services provided by the hotel are excellent. The staff is friendly and professional too. The reception staff is very efficient with a smile. The amenities offered meet the expectations. It's worth a stay.

Desk manager is excellent and supportive. Very soft spoken, as well as the whole staff. Rooms are very good and clean, services, excellent food quality is very good
