i booked for one day but stayed there for 2 more days because stay was very comfortable....clean rooms..very polite staff always stand for help

when we read reviews there are some positive and negative reviews but when we stay at hotel it was the opposite side rooms was clean and specious...staff was good...nice ambiance they have some old historical Punjabi artical at floor..

hotel is centrally located near to golden temple...staff was very helpful specially gaurav night duty manager...he helps us in every thing ...guide us very well regarding local market and near by location

The stay was awful. No proper response from the person at the reception. The room had the ac but didn’t have the remote control to start it. The tap was awfully leaking. When we asked for another room the response was ‘adjust karlo’. Nevertheless after some time got another room. It had mosquitoes so we asked for a vaporiser. The reply was ‘muje yaha 2 hi din huey hain to muje to nahi pata.

Hotel is very bad and no customer suport make my trip customer care contact number suport not.

It was really an horrible experience. There are ample number of things which makes this property a low grade one. 1. Starting with room service, its pathetic. No one answered to calls, we have to go back and forth to reception for every little thing. 2. No hygiene maintained in the room, no dustbins nothing. 3. Bedsheets were stained and smelly. 4. No one was there to whom we can reach out for complaints. 5. It made my family trip terrible, did early check out.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. The conditions were far below acceptable standards, and I feel compelled to bring these issues to your immediate attention. Firstly, the room was not hygienic, and there was a strong smell of cockroaches throughout. This made our stay extremely uncomfortable and certainly not worth the money we paid. Additionally, the room lacked basic amenities such as a working television, hot water for bathing, and proper lighting. The switchboard was broken, and there were several maintenance issues like a broken mirror. The room service was also disappointing, with no doorbell, a foul smell in the bathroom, and bed sheets that were in a pathetic condition. This situation was especially distressing as I was accompanied by two children who were scared due to the presence of cockroaches. Given these circumstances, I urge you not to recommend this hotel to anyone else. I also request a refund for the inconvenience caused during my stay. I have always heard great things about your hospitality, but this experience has been the worst by far. Please address this matter urgently and arrange for a refund. Near to golden temple. Rooms are not so good but okay for short stay. Washrooms are not clean. Standalone building.

No issue, it found easily. Wi fi not working, overall experience was good. All staff found co operative.
