The hotel is located near the tram station. It is very convenient to travel to the centre. The view from the room is amazing. They didn't have an adapter to charge our phones. No water station to fill bottles.

The location is not very convenient, however well connected by trams. No nearby restaurants or shopping malls.

Budget hotel, budget location, budget amenities. Exactly what you’d expect. Happy with the stay. Friendly staff, small but clean rooms and remote location, but right next to the tram stop. 4/5 overall.

Cleanliness not the best but certainly improved and now above average. Location, even though outside the city centre, it is extremely convenient next to a tram stop. Service not consistent or exceptional, but nonetheless adequate. Fine with the right price tag.

It was a very clean hotel and a part of the staff was really nice and helpful. The problem is that there were no bouilloire in the room to make tea or coffee. We had to go make our coffees in the lobby. Sometimes we paid for it and sometimes they said it was free, we didn’t get it. The location was very good because it was near Kronenburg tram station and it takes us everywhere we wanted easily

Location is away from the city centre but strategically close to a tram stop, which is very convenient. Reception staff are just fine: efficient but nothing exceptional. Sometimes not the most professional, especially when talking with friends and taking photos, and they have to begrudgingly attend a guest. Cleanliness remains a problem and is consistently below average without any improvement. Fine if the price is low enough and for a brief period of time.

Customer Service is good. Room is clean. Limited choice for breakfast but overall stay is satified.

5mins walk from train station to zuid then metro to Amsterdam city centre trains trams every 5/7mins last one back is at midnight.comfortable room beds bit to hard only there for 4days enjoyed Amsterdam so much plenty to do and see people are so helpful if u get lost like a did lol the students went above and beyond showing me where to go am not good with google maps hotel very quiet at night in all enjoyed 😁the weather was fabulous came home last nite to typical rain cold typical Scottish weather

The hotel is far from the city center but near the tram stop so moving around is pretty easy. Rooms are simple and clean, the service is okay. A good option if you want a trip on a budget.

It is a convenient place where the rail station is few minutes away. No toothbrush provided and hair dryer has to be borrowed with deposit.

First of all, I’ll thank the whole team for making my stay worth it. I was supposed to check in around 15:00 but I notified the hotel, and I checked in around 11:00 am. The rooms are clean, environment is nice and I’ll surely recommend to anyone that wants, of course I’ll be back again.

The staff were absolutely lovely however I had to change room as I saw a sanitary towel in the bathroom. It was disgusting. The rooms are kind of small, I wasn’t a fan of the room, there was nothing cozy about it. The hotel itself is nice and the staff were the nicest people ever. There is a 24hour tuck shop downstairs where you pay at the machine.
