Regrettable.
Total dirt in accommodation and terrible spider web on the window. We couldn't open the window to prevent the 2 large spiders from entering.
They only work 7 hours at reception.
They have charged us a supplement for leaving at 12 noon....and we notified them the day before. But of course, since they are only there from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., they respond whenever they want, the next day.
Terrible, it had never happened to me.

Spacious, well, equipped, and clean studio or one bedroom loft apartments. Welcoming and very helpful host. Easy 10-15 minute walk to nearby grocery stores, restaurants, and shops. Convenient public transit to and from airport with either non-GVB bus (195) which stops right outside apartments or GVB bus (369) which is ~15 minute walk to property. Five minute walk to GVB tram #2 which goes all the way to central station or readily connects to other landmarks including RAI/convention center.
Only potential consideration for light sleepers are the bells from a nearby church, which chime every half hour, 24 hours a day.
