came here for my boyfriends 21st.
Hotel kindly provided bottle of cava but no upgrades, cards, decoration or anything else was done. Not even a cake with candle.
Room provided us with 1l of water between us. We asked for more water in the room as most gold award hotels we have stayed in provide 2L minimum. We were then charged €12 for the extra water. Room was tiny compared to photos and I would not say it deserves a gold award. Location was excellent but that’s about it. Amenities very basic and small amounts of coffee and sugar in the room.

This hotel is very close to Amsterdam's attractions, and the train station is only about ten minutes away. If you want to go shopping at night, you can reach it by foot. The hotel service is good and it is ok

The service attitude at the front desk is very good, and they are helpful in calling a taxi. The hotel environment is not bad, but the canal room has a slightly musty smell, but the view is really great! Overall it's ok!

Check-in was smooth and the front desk was helpful if we had questions. Rooms were quite small, but it's expected in the downtown Amsterdam. Hotel was extremely clean.

The staff are great, the hotel is in a great location, with the canal behind it, and you can see people on the boats from the first floor. But to be honest, the price is a bit unworthy, so it depends on your choice.
