Check-in was smooth and the front desk was helpful if we had questions. Rooms were quite small, but it's expected in the downtown Amsterdam. Hotel was extremely clean.

The staff are great, the hotel is in a great location, with the canal behind it, and you can see people on the boats from the first floor. But to be honest, the price is a bit unworthy, so it depends on your choice.

The service attitude at the front desk is very good, and they are helpful in calling a taxi. The hotel environment is not bad, but the canal room has a slightly musty smell, but the view is really great! Overall it's ok!

The room is in an excellent location, the interior decoration is very artistic, and it is very comfortable to live in. There is a large supermarket nearby. The service staff was very kind and even gave me a small gift when I left.

We spent 3 days in this hotel, almost in the heart of central Amsterdam. You have everything nearby: bike rental, small grocery store, department store, neighborhood to walk around. It was perfect !
