Verygood Hotel. Excellent services. Excellent location ,right in the downtown. No free parking, 50 euro day. Service in front desk is excellent. Somebody will give you the bottle of water immediately while you’re in and out. When you first check in, there is somebody wait for you at your floor outside of the elevator to guide you to your room. The restaurant is Michelin one star. There are lots of choices in the room for coffee and the tea. The toilet room is excellent. There are steam sauna in the shower area and there are two showerheads. there is a massage bathtub. There is a retractable TV at the end of the bed. the room is beautifully decorated. We strongly recommend this hotel, especially if you have some special event to celebrate.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in! I had already paid in full on Ctrip before I left. When they asked me to use my credit card for guarantee, they deducted 1,000 euros. When I was waiting to check in, they deducted 1,516 euros for no reason. I called Ctrip and the hotel said that I made an additional reservation. It was simply a fabrication! Finally, I went to the front desk to negotiate. There was no apology or explanation. They said that our reservation department made a mistake and will refund you now. As a hotel known as a small luxury, it is ridiculous! I don’t recommend any Chinese to stay here. This hotel doesn’t like Chinese people. It’s not suitable for children to stay here. There are so many hotels in this area. I suggest that Ctrip should experience it clearly before recommending it.

Excellent location, high-tech equipment in the room, warm and thoughtful service. The price is reasonable among high-end hotels. It's a pity that I didn't have the opportunity to enjoy the restaurant on the second floor. I will stay here again next time.

Hotel, when I buy I want my family and friends to enjoy heaven because this place is as close to heaven as you will ever get!!!! I stayed here for one night on my way back from Europe to the USA. Words cannot express how incredible this hotel is. I’m a 54 year old physician who literally has travelled the world. I’m ambassador with Marriott and diamond with Hilton. I’ve stayed at raffles properties, peninsula, and four seasons properties. Hotel 27 has them all beat! From the minute I walked though the front door, I felt like I stepped into the rabbit hole of Alice and wonderland. Hotel 27 is a true fantasy. I read some other reviews where people said “it’s an experience”….i was like what the heck are these people talking about? It a hotel..no, no, no….how wrong I was! It is truly an experience! It is an experience in life that everyone must see for themselves. The hotel is gorgeous, well thought out, and completely soundproofed! I felt like my room was a bank vault. The decor is a combination of gothic and fantasy land. Everything is custom made. The beds are like fluffy clouds that I did not want to get out of. Service was an “11”. When I arrived, I was greeted by three employees, who all took personal interest in making sure my check in went perfectly. I was then introduced to Tim, one of my butlers, and Alune, another butler. They both casually in small talk, asked me questions about my self, where I liked to travel, personal likes and hobbies, and where my favorite travels were. Alune described the services they provided as our butlers, and helped me with arrangements, including even ironing my outfit for the night! Incredible. I would personally like to thank the owner, Mr Eric Towen. You sir, have created a masterpiece, I never ever dreamed that a hotel could be THIS GREAT! Congratulations to you and your staff. Keep this hotel running exactly as is, it is perfection. I did have a chance to eat the amazing burger the chef makes, but I heard that breakfast is the bomb! I definitely plan on returning back, and will be staying much longer than one night. I have to! This place is 100% the best hotel I have ever stayed at.

Absolutely Impeccably !!! LUXURY AT ITS FINEST ! If you love SPOTLESS suites, FANTASTIC service and a MILLION STAR Michelin restaurant STAY HERE ! Sit at the Chefs tasting table if available it was Beyond our expectations !!! We can't wait to return !!!

Absolutely Amazing! The suite was incredible! All staff so welcoming and attentive. Our experience at the Chef Table at Bougainville was,Impeccable!!! All the details and fine amenities made for an incredible stay!! Highly recommend!

I stayed at Hotel 27 for 3 nights from June 28 to July 1st 2024. I would highly recommend Hotel 27 for anyone. This is an "experience" and a once in lifetime opportunity. The suites are beautiful and very spacious with high tech features for lighting, showers and heated floors in the bathroom. The staff is unbelievably helpful. They made sure we had everything we needed and were very responsive to any of our requests. They got us last minute reservations at restaurants and the concierge walked us to the restaurants a few blocks away. He talked with the restaurant staff to make sure we were well received. You are very close to shopping and nice cafes and restaurants right in the middle of the city center. Some descriptions say it's "in the Red Light District". That is not the case even though the district is in walking distance. It was safe and right in the middle of all the canals. In my 30 years of travel I have never seen a hotel that provides this level of service. Again, I highly recommend this "experience"! TC - United States

Our stay at Hotel Twenty Seven was nothing short of spectacular. My friend and I showed up to Amsterdam with absolutely no plans, and the staff at the hotel basically planned our whole trip for us. I'm talking dinner reservations, excursions/activities, and shopping recommendations. The staff was even able to get us on a guest list for an exclusive night club which was so much fun, that we ended up returning the next night! The hotel and room itself was also the nicest we've ever experienced. The rooms are cleaned in the morning and in the evening. The jacuzzi and steam shower are to die for as well. You are treated like royalty here. And of course the restaurant and bar were serving top notch food and cocktails, can't leave that out of this review. Don't make the mistake of staying anywhere else for your stay in Amsterdam. We can't wait to return!

We stayed for three nights in a beautifully decorated, large suite with amenities, such as heated bathroom floors, steam shower, espresso machine, Lalique bath products , to list a few. The windows were triple paned so you never realized you were overlooking Dam Square, until you looked outside. Quiet AND in the heart of the city are a perfect combination The staff was helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable on everything you asked them. The doorman actually walked us down into the nearby Metro stop to make sure we got on the right train. Dinner at the restaurant had to be one of the best dining experiences we have had. The tasting menu, along with the wine pairings, was amazing. Every server in the restaurant was professional, without making you feel intimidated by any question or request. Highly suggest the Breakfast Experience as well in the morning to start out your day. Cocktail lounge was hip, yet comfy, with the bartender remembering our drinks the second night- always a good sign of a professional mixologist! So glad we found this hotel. Wish I could give them six stars, instead of 5!

Great small hotel with 16 suites. Ours overlooked dam square with large bedroom and gorgeous living room. Master baths had heated floors and toilet. Twin shower and steam Bedroom was large. Staff was amazing and we travel a lot. Maybe the most helpful and nicest we’ve ever had Breakfast either in restaurant or room was perfect. Barca’s great both gorgeous and fun. Good location but hectic compared to the museum areas Totally unique would go back

Our new NUMBER 1 Luxury Hotel WORLDWIDE. From the moment you set foot in the lobby you are welcomed by a smartly dressed, intelligent staff. The room is presented by a Butler who gave a briefing on the numerous amenities. Our room, #404 was on a corner with spectacular views of The Royal Palace, and the Dam Square. The room was soundproof with 4 layers of glass. Everything is Uber-High quality. The bathroom is fit for Royalty. Two automatic bidet toilets, dual shower with steam room, spa bathtub, heated bathroom floors. Decorated by a genius. Absolutely loved it! Oh, and get the Special breakfast. Fine dining in the morning. Beyond compare. Now the real reason we came across the pond was for dinner at Bougainville. Top notch experience. Have a drink in the bar prior to dinner. Hip and sexy environment. Follow it up with A Michelin Star treat, the Chef's tasting Menu. We stay in a lot of 5 Star hotels and dine in Michelin Starred restaurants. This is right there with the best in the world (think Mandarin Oriental Bangkok, Four Seasons Bora Bora). We will definitely be back. It's a reason to make a stop over in Amsterdam.
