Hotel location is very good, close to Central station Dam Square etc We go to the hotel since the last 15 years. Quality of services is good but not as high as it was in the past First rooms we got has a very bad smell we requested to change. No issue with the new room What we noted the last yeas is that some parts of the hotel and rooms need some refurbishments/renewal. To be considered as a 4 stars rather than 5 stars

The entrance of the Renaissance Hotel is very small, and it is easy to miss it if you are not paying attention. You need to swipe your card to enter. After entering, you have to go down the stairs to check in in the lobby. It is extremely unfriendly to travelers with large suitcases. The highlight of the service is that the staff will help deliver the luggage to the room. 2. The platform showed that the payment at the store was 23.98 euros.
