Great hotel in a great up and coming location just out of central Amsterdam. Great links into the city with the free ferry directly outside the hotel taking you straight over to Amsterdam central station. Views from the rooms are fantastic.

Great getaway, you need to take a ferry to get there but that was also easy and nice 😁 room was very cozy!

Room is very small and not enough space of you have big luggage. Bathroom floor tiles are very cold and should have to prob slipper. Lights are not bright enough, cleaner didn’t change bedsheet and found crumbs on the sheet. Ceiling looks scary and look like sleeping under the bridge. Too noisy and can hear everything. One receptionist is rude and not friendly. Car park is far from hotel and not easily accessible when you have heavy luggage. It’s not Hilton standard.

Great hotel! Pleasantly surprised that the hotel looked so nice on the inside! Highly recommended! Neat hotel, clean, friendly employees. The room was not very big, but we came there to sleep. We will definitely come back here! Oh yes and delicious cookies!!!

You can see the view of the pier, but I walked a little distance to get there. I didn't check the bus options, so I'm not sure if there is a bus stop nearby. There is no toothbrush or toothpaste, so bring your own

The room is decorated in a post-modern industrial style, which is quite exquisite. Given a dock and river view room. high floor. The room is small and well-equipped. There is a paid parking lot, 20 euros a day, you can come and go as you like. The surrounding scenery is good, with markets, restaurants, shopping malls, offices, etc. that are popular among young people. There is a restaurant downstairs. Breakfast alone is a bit expensive if you don't bring it in the morning. The transportation is convenient. You can go to the Central Station and take the free ferry from the ndsm pier. You can enjoy the scenery on both sides of the Taiwan Strait in fifteen minutes. The front desk is very professional and friendly. You can ask for a free toiletry set, but you must pick it up yourself. Not offered.

Everything was ok we only had a room on the ground floor which was not pleasant because of the market

I hung my new coat in the hotel closet. I forgot to take it when I left the store. I couldn’t find it two days later and then contacted the hotel. They said no. I asked the manager several times but said no. Did the cleaner see the guest’s forgotten coat? Put it away by yourself? This has never happened before. I have stayed in many hotels all over the world and I have forgotten things, and the hotels will return them! Too bad, be careful if you want to live here!
