We went on a family trip. There were live bugs in the room, crawling on the quilt. We asked the front desk to solve the problem. They changed the room in the middle of the night (there was also a huge mosquito corpse stuck on the window in the new room), and gave us two breakfast coupons and disinfected our luggage. The next morning, we asked the front desk for a follow-up compensation plan, but they were powerless and told us to email their manager.
