The location is good.
However, the service is not professional and the house keeping is katastrophal. Would not book this hotel again.

The room was very satisfactory and the location was perfect, a stone's throw from public transport which allows you to reach the centre of Amsterdam in 10/15m

Ce séjour était parfait. Tout le monde était adorable ! De plus, on avait une chambre avec fenêtre. De base l’arrivée est prévu pour 15h. Nous sommes arrivées vers 9h de notre vol et la chambre était déjà prête. Je ne peux que vous recommander cette établissement ☺️

This stay was perfect. Everyone was adorable! In addition, we had a room with a window. Basic arrival is scheduled for 3 p.m. We arrived around 9am from our flight and the room was already ready. I can only recommend this establishment to you ☺️

The room is surprisingly small but complete. The electric kettle was dirty and unsightly. The towel that I brought with my room service on the first day was gone, and there was no result after the negotiation. The next day may be due to the previous day's complaint, the cup was not washed, the free coffee, the tea bag was not given, and the shower pad towel was not given. The third day room service is normal

Went in mid-November, the hotel was very warm and the front desk was nice. The little brother who did not bring slippers also gave two pairs of slippers very well, which turned out to be unworthy. The hotel is very close to the tram station Artis, you can take line 14 to the central station.

This stay was perfect. Everyone was adorable! Also, we had a room with a window. Basic arrival is scheduled for 15h. We arrived around 9am from our flight and the room was already ready. I can only recommend this establishment ☺️
