Excellent location near Leidseplein. Rooms are very small. I could not open my suitcase in the room. Reception is slow and no flexibility to get room before 3 pm. They check you in upon arrival but you do not get the room until 3 pm. You have to stand in line twice and they are only 2 at reception and everything takes time. Rooms are clean and very well equipped.

Such a nice place to stay especially for vacation since it's near to the town.

Just wow , first time at the Hard rock Amsterdam but will not be the last . Great part of town lots of restaurants and bars and easy walk to centre . The room are luxurious and I believe all different . The staff are so friendly . Clean good value and and amazing breakfast . Would recommend

The hotel was booked temporarily. The location is very good. It is also very convenient to get there from the airport. The bus goes directly to the hotel. The entrance is very beautiful. It is next to the river and the environment is beautiful! The lady at the front desk helped us change the room with a balcony. It is not small, but there is a step on the way from the entrance to the inside. I always get stuck when walking... I am very satisfied with it overall, but it is a bit expensive after adding consumption tax The waiters are very good! There is a Chinese sister staff who is very good! She answered all our questions very warmly and thoughtfully~ ! ! I will consider this hotel again in the future! ! !

The hotel is old, the room is big but the bed is right at the door, the bathroom is big and there is a balcony. The front desk service is good, and the city tax in Amsterdam is almost the highest in the EU. Convenient transportation, it takes no more than 30 minutes to walk from Amsterdam Central Station to the hotel, and more than 10 minutes by bus. It is a 10-minute walk from the Van Gogh Museum and the Rijksmuseum.

The location of the hotel is very good. My room has a balcony. It's close to the intersection. My colleague's room doesn't face the street, so it's very quiet. My room was a bit noisy. Everything else is perfect. A big mosquito flew in and asked the waiter to deal with it.

Very good in every way, but there are nightclubs nearby and it is noisy on weekends In addition to the sound of music, there are noisy motorcycle riders and drunk people on the street. People who are afraid of noise may not be suitable for weekends.

The location is perfect. The room and view of the canal can’t be beat. Dining and pubs are very close and an easy walk. The area felt safe and secure.
