Basic hotel, simple but clean , in a perfect location. Small but clean rooms, expect nothing , then you are fine. Friendly and helpfull staff

The location is fantastic! 2min walk from tram 1 station and 5min walk from tram 2/12 station. Extremely accessible. The room is clean and with basic equipment — shampoo, kettle, hair dryer. The staff is friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out process is smooth and swift. Affordable price with quality beyond expectations. Love it!

The hotel is in a good location and good prices compared to the amenities. But its not fancy and the elevator was really smelly so overall it was okay. I would somewhat recommend it.

Location is good, in short walking distance to the main city center (canals). Room is basic. Had nice view to inner garden, better then orientation to busy street. Stayed 2 nights, room was cleaned when we come back the second day. Comfortable convenient stay.

Is clean comfortable beds but there is problem with water pies in the room

You get what you pay for Dirty cups. No lighting in bedroom can’t open windows etc

It was average. The room was a little cold but had a personally bathroom. For visiting to center I advise to buy a daily ticket.

Hotel was nice and location was amazing, I didn't get roomservice for all 3 nights I stayed there...

Great location near Van Gogh Museum and close to restaurants. Small room but has everything I need. Warm shower, fast internet, but only downside is it can be a little noisy from people walking around in the halls.

Arrived at the hotel at midnight, strangely, the shower had no hot water (I pressed the hot and cold water knob countless times but it didn't work), so I couldn't take a shower that night. The bathroom was quite large, the room was not big but it was enough (two single beds put together), the quilt was a bit hard, the pillow filling was nylon or polyester, which made it hard and uncomfortable to rest my head on, I asked the front desk if there were other pillows but there were none. After turning on the kettle, I saw a thick layer of scale, which didn't affect the boiling water but it felt bad. The window couldn't block the sound of vehicles and pedestrians on the road. In short, the bed was comfortable, the pillow was uncomfortable, and the water pressure was high after the hot water in the shower was normal.
