The rooms are small, typical for the central Amsterdam area, but the location is amazing. Walking distance to everything notable here.

It's hard to describe. This is one of the two worst hotels in several countries including the UK, Spain, and Portugal this year. I don't know how it is rated as "boutique" with three stars. At this price, I stayed in a shabby hotel in a small county town in China in the 1980s. There are too many things to complain about. The most annoying thing is that there is a bathroom but you can't take a shower unless you want to flood the Jinshan Mountain. Because there is no shelter and no inclination, the water flows directly outside when you turn on the faucet. It is convenient to travel. Many attractions are within a 20-minute walk. A medium-sized supermarket can be reached in a few minutes.

The staff was very friendly The hotel is very well located near a small park. Coffee shops or restaurants Hotel B is not far from the museums either, very central location The room was small but the bed very comfortable and very quiet with everything you need to spend a short weekend I recommend for young people it's perfect for walking around Amsterdam

The facility is clean, the location is good, I was traveling alone, and it was nice that it was quiet in the evening.

This was one of the worst hotel rooms I’ve stayed in, and easily the most expensive considering its poor value for money. I was given a ground-floor room, which meant two large windows facing the street, covered by curtains. However, closing the curtains for privacy left the room feeling dark and isolated, while opening them felt too exposed. It also meant I couldn’t leave the windows open at night, making it feel like I was trapped in a room without any windows. The lighting in the room was inadequate, with only four low-powered spotlights in the ceiling, dimly illuminating the space. Reading or doing anything that requires proper lighting was impossible. Being next to the reception and main entrance, I could hear every conversation and the constant comings and goings of guests. While the soundproofing from the street was decent, the interior soundproofing was terrible. Footsteps from upstairs were loud enough to disturb both day and night. The plastic flooring was uncomfortable to walk on, especially with bare feet. The WiFi was virtually unusable, with painfully slow loading times and videos constantly freezing. The room’s air was stuffy and damp, with patches of peeling paint that made me wonder if there might be mold. The shower had no enclosure, so the entire bathroom floor flooded after each use, and there was no squeegee to help manage the mess. The door frames were already showing signs of rot from all the water exposure. Lastly, there were no towel racks, meaning towels remained damp and wet for the next shower. On the positive side: Central location Friendly staff The bathroom is new and nice - except from the water flooding and missing towel racks.

WARNING TO EVERYONE WHO ATTEMPTS TO BOOK A ROOM IN THIS PLACE. Me too I would give 0 stars if that would be possible. I have never experienced such an filthy place like this and I can only warn people from booking at this place. Not only is the receptionist incompetent but she is also ignorant by passing correct information and additionally she makes false credit card bookings. They advertise on booking platforms with incorrect information to get customer on the hook and to collect money and at the end it will cost you way more than what you originally thought. A total rip off.

The location is great very near the museum quarter. Other than that, it is really sad, because the place has so much potential but it is unloved and uncared for in every way. They do the minimum to be considered a hotel by offering a bed and a bathroom, and considering we only slept there it was enough, but it was way over priced for what it is. Our room was big and our king sized bed was comfortable and we had a nice balcony. The bathroom was a huge let down, so small and poorly designed. If you can get a cheap price and just need a bed, it's ok, but read a lot of reviews for some surrounding places and you may find something better.

Great location that is the only plus. The room was not clean. The closet was so small. The furniture were broken and dirty. The walls and doors are so paper thin so you could hear everything and every one at all hours. Guests were loud all night and a drunk guest could not get into his room one night and slept on the landing. A bedside lamp and a fridge would be nice. On top og that is is pricy

If you are just looking for a bed at night this place will do the job. If you are someone who likes to stay in the room a lot and requires a lot of space then this place is not for you. The location is excellent, short walk into the city centre, tram stops near by and the airport bus is close by too. I was solo travelling, so I had a single room which was tiny. One very small side table, one single wardrobe and a small bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.

They had to fix the WiFi, the light over the desk area, the toilet seat, and that's just the things they could fix. No extractor fan in the windowless bathroom, which floods every time your shower. TV has 100s of channels, very few in English, plastic floor resembling tarmac. No mini fridge, so don't buy any water or drink that you might want to keep cool. Harsh overhead spotlighting, no bedside lights. One of the worst hotels I have stayed in for quite some time, so I see it as my civic duty warn others not to stay here, I can guarantee you will regret it.

I couldn’t even sleep here through the night!!!! Stood here on Sept 12 2023 and was instantly grossed out about entering the room . Wall paper dirty , peeling , and dusty . No air conditioning. Was provided filthy dirty fan , horrible lighting , one flickering constantly. Chairs were filthy and gross . While the bed At first seems comfortable and the I moved a decorative black piece of fabric from the foot of the bed k my to find a huge wad of hair . The bathroom was so sad because it seemed clean … however incredibly small …you can hit your head on the counter when using the toilet. I took a shower and the entire bathroom was flooded, so how was I to dry my hair ???? Get electrocuted? Or? This incident explained why the flooring in the room was weird . The flooring was an out door tarmack/gym floor so that all the flooding wouldn’t mold or soak into the carpet . Honestly wouldn’t even hang my clothes here !!!!! On top of that elevator is insanely slow , even having a sign saying so . Sadly we booked this on ********** where they wouldn’t allow us to post after a certain time . We left after the shower incident because after I saw bugs around the room I was out . The hotel refused a refund so we just ate the cost . Don’t stay here until they make changes and take care of these issues .
