Nous avons été très bien accueilli, hôtel très propre. Un petit peu loin du centre mais il y a le tram qui passe juste à côté. Petit déjeuner de qualité. Petit bémol la rue peut être assez bruyante par moment et engendrer des nuisances la nuit car il y a un bar/resto juste à côté.

The room I had was quite small but I'm travelling solo so it was adequate for me. The bed was quite hard which is personal preference I know. The bathroom was small but functional. The shower had good pressure and the grate between the shower and the basin and toilet prevents the water from going into this area.
Breakfast was good with specialty coffees available.

Ottima struttura, piccola, pulita, accogliente e a pochi minuti dalle maggiori attrazioni cittadine.
Unica pecca la stanza al primo piano sulla strada è un po’ rumorosa, le finestre non sono insonorizzate.

Hotel carino e accogliente, leggermente distaccato dal centro di Amsterdam ma ben collegato, in 10 minuti di tram si raggiungono tutti i luoghi di interesse. Lo staff è cordiale e sempre disponibile, le stanze sono comode ed accoglienti. Assolutamente consigliato.

Nice friendly staff, good location positioned near the tram to main tram routes including centraal station. Nice sized rooms, bed is a bit hard hard but that could be personal preference.

Visit strated out fine , but then I was woken up twice in the middle of the night by very loud, noisy employees. Despite brinning it to the hotel manager's attention, the only solution they offered was to move my room in the middle/end of my stay. I requested a refund for those 2 nights and they were only willing to do so for one night, and then it was with much push-back & reluctance to ake things right. Mediocre breakfast, rough towels.

Room 108 is not recommended. It faces the street. The right window doesn't close properly. A draft comes in through the crack = cold. It's incredibly loud. It feels like the tram rattles right through the room. Breakfast is nothing special.
