good things 1. good place, very close to many tourist attractions 2. so nice counter staff 3. 24h counter operation 4. affordable price compared to other hotels bad things 1. a little of dust on beddings 2. bad odor around the aisle and room 3. non-soundproof at all 4. not 24h warm water(at least, I was able to use warm water until 2 at night and until 11 in the morning) 5. no refrigerator in room

It's close to the city center and you can get a train within a distance . It's okay Hotel

The room was fine as we only need a place to sleep. However, the location is super convenient as the Van Gogh museum and the Rijk museum are just a few minutes walking. There’s a bus line right next to the hotel which takes about nearly one hour to the airport and the staffs were very helpful. The room was a bit small with the sink in the bedroom, but the price seems reasonable as the housing market in Amsterdam is insane.

Super location! The room was essential but very clean. Receptionists always available. Would recommend!

Not great. Very small room. The window looked out onto a garden but had a lot of garbage on the extended ledge.

Excellent location. Good for short stay/1 night. Clean and comfortable bed. No plug in sink, plastic toilet seat broken. No plug socket close to bed.

booked a double bed room but given a room which is like a hostel with 6 bunk beds. someone entered our room without permission as well when we went out - we booked a private room. saw google reviews online as well, there are few cases of theft. do take care of belongings. NO AC though its stated there is AC on some booking sites and staff said its the site error

Cannot argue for the price, stayed 2 nights however the second night nearly cost £40 more than the first night and it was a much worse room. But for a budget hotel it is alright

For a budget hotel in Amsterdam it's decent! The room is small but pretty clean. Towels, soap and shampoo provided. There is no fan or air conditioning in the rooms though.

Close to Van Gogh museum, great location!

It’s a very simple hotel, no air conditioner and just honestly a place to sleep on , however the location is just INCREDIBLE! Right across the street from the Van Gogh museum, moco museum, rijk museum, tram line runs across from it as well, there is a very nice chimney cake bakery and coffee shop at the corner and a beautiful restaurant, it’s super close to the leidseplein where you find the special coffee shops, many international restaurants, bakeries and gift shops , and if you walk further down you can get to the canal and red light district, I would definitely go again! I cannot express how well located it is, just amazing!

The hotel is in an excellent location and the staff is very friendly and helpful.
