Superb location, clean room, narrow stairs so beware for bulk heavy luggage

I AM HAVING HUGE TROUBLE RIGHT NOW BOOKING ANYTHING. THEY USE THIRD PARTY SUPPLIER THEY HAVE NO CONTROL OF. NO ONE HAS TIME TO DEAL WITH THIS.

房間真的很小很小，而且在市中心晚上會比較吵。今年夏天歐洲真的太熱了，這個酒店沒有空調，晚上悶熱的幾乎是不能入睡。而且最重要的是。。。沒有電梯。

The room is really small and it is noisy at night in the city center. It is really hot in Europe this summer. This hotel has no air conditioning and it is almost impossible to sleep at night. And most importantly... there is no elevator.

部屋は全体的に綺麗でしたがバスルームが不清潔で使用しませんでした。レセプションの対応は素晴らしいですが、大きい荷物を階段で自分で運ぶのが大変でした。

The room was generally clean, but the bathroom was dirty so we didn't use it. The reception was very helpful, but it was difficult to carry large luggage up the stairs by myself.

Ubicación inmejorable, merece muchísimo la pena (a menos de un minuto de la Plaza Dam). Los trabajadores son encantadores y te facilitan muchísimo la estancia. Además, hay una habitación para dejar las maletas a pesar de haber hecho el check out. La habitación (3 personas) era súper amplia y comodísima y la ducha iba genial. Repetiría sin duda ninguna.

Unbeatable location, totally worth it (less than a minute from Dam Square). The workers are charming and make your stay much easier. In addition, there is a room to leave the suitcases despite having checked out. The room (3 people) was super spacious and comfortable and the shower was great. I would repeat without a doubt.

Such amazing value for money. The location was perfect and we hadn’t been before but it’s a ten mineuets walk from the train and right in the centre.   The room was clean and the staff always so helpful. They have a left luggage area and check out was smooth.   Room was a little noisy on the street but not a disturbance to the stay and is of course expected when the location is central.   The stairs are frequently mentioned in reviews but no problem for the able bodied.   Will be staying again! 

Pros - The location is at the center of the market.   Unfortunately, apart from the location there are no pros to this hotel.   Cons - There is no lift.  Stairs are steep and too small to place your feet.  Hot water will only come after successful run of cold water for 10 minutes that too if you are lucky. Rooms are too small, not at all like the pictures you see. Constant noise of everything happening in other rooms.  When we came to the hotel, we were informed there are 2 buildings within 10 meters of distance. However, the second building doesn't have any reception, so you can understand.  Walls are as thin as paper, you can hear people going up and down, you can hear them dragging their luggage on the stairs instead of picking it up ( which was fine for me as that's the only option after few stairs and that's what I had to do). You will be hearing anyone opening tap, kids running on the top floor and stuff banging on the floor.  Only solution to the above problem, explore the area as much as you can so that when you return you are tired as hell and you will be asleep within a few minutes without noticing any disturbance.  Suggestion for Indian families - We tend to travel with heavy luggage. Please do not choose this stay at any cost, even if it's free because there is no one to help you and you have to drag your own heavy luggage to whichever floor you will get. 

The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable. The room was very large and comfortable and the shower was great.
