Super awesome room and location

The hotel is good. Staff is good. Uncomfortable thing is deposit of 100 Euro they charge extra. It's not very common in most modern hotels. In general, the place is ok. Breakfast is good. I would recommend this place.

Quiet and well connected place. Rooms (at least ours), very small. A small draft of air came in through the window frame. Complete and good breakfast. Super nice hall with the gas fireplace and the armchair that surrounds it. Friendly and helpful people.

It's good, but the door is traditionally opened with a key. When you go out, you need to hand over the key to the front desk to avoid losing it

Cancellation not possible although I booked wrong shortly before. money will be withheld. Not recommendable. I can't say anything about the hotel itself

Few things wrong with the loft we stayed in but didn't cause an issue. Overall impressed. Would stay again. Everything was abound a 20 min walk away from this hotel.

The staff were very friendly and so helpful. It was my birthday weekend so they gave me and my girlfriend a free drink at the bar. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfy. The location was perfect as there was tram access right outside which linked to dam square and other areas. Would definitely recommend.

I booked a "superior room". All of the room photos in this category were considerably larger than the one I was assigned. Mine felt very claustrophobic and was very dimly lit.

Room was very small. Very loud in the mornings, hoover could be heard clearly in the other rooms. Loud banging on one of the mornings at 9:30am which continued for quite some time.

Stayed in the loft room and standard double. Both of equal high standard of cleanliness, bed comfiness and great rainfall shower. The loft room had tea and coffee facilities but the standard double did not as no space or self catering facilities. This a high standard 3 star and better value than many 4 and 5 star hotels in Amsterdam. Close to de pijp for eating and drinking, walkable to the museum quarter and the tram stop opposite to get anywhere else. As is common in Amsterdam, there are a lot of steep stairs.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Hotel V Frederiksplein. The stylish decor of both the hotel and rooms added a delightful touch to the experience. The staff's exceptional assistance and the unique, value-for-money breakfast made my stay truly memorable.

Spacious and comfortable room. Great to have a kitchen area. Walkable into town and good public transport. Would visit again

It was nice, but the shower is mid, the hole room gets wet if you shower. But it was nice overall, friendly people at the receiption.

We were so happy to have found this hotel. The location was great; the room was affordable, spacious and clean; and the staff and service were excellent. We didn't want to leave. Would definitely stay again.
