Great location and service. Room space was a bit tight and there was some knocking sounds. I woke up every 2 hours. Idk if someone was knocking on the pipes so that it won’t freeze up or someone was working on them on the other side. It was extremely annoying. Other than that it’s a good location.

The hotel is very nice and the location is unbeatable. It is very close to everything.
We got a slightly dark room in the basement.
Cleaning was not optimal. The bathroom was not spotless as it should be upon entering.
My daughter found a spider in the bed and at night we were eaten by mosquitoes.
The hotel smells great, but not the room.

Unfortunately the room reserved for us was in the basement. In the hallway to our room, in my opinion, maintenance is very necessary. some walls in the corridor suffer from damp creeping up, and seen in one place that a part of the wall was gone (rotted). Several skirting boards have moisture damage. Also, in my opinion, it doesn't smell fresh in the basement.
at night, approx. 04:00 h. there was still exuberant and loud communication right in front of our window. My wife then went to the night concierge with the request to stop this.
Overall location is good, but a room in the basement and at the front of the hotel is not recommended.
